Is full participation of each team member neccessary?
Absolutely not! We understand that your operation is busy and many people are hard at work. At the very minimum we would need one leading participant, though we welcome anyone from your team who can to join us on the endeavor!

What are the freebies?
During your sessions with us, we will throw in at least one freebie per service purchases. These specifically include logo'd merchandise such as t-shirts, hats, button pins, tote bags, and more!

Will you all be taking pictures of the site?
We will not take photos of items or locations in your site as photos are not necessary for any of our services. We might inquire the leading facilitator for a group photo at the end of the service to showcase your business, however, this is not always and is fine to decline.

Is this related to government ESGs?
It is not! While we observe and admire the governmental ESG policies, we have our own approach. Our team's approach is designed for understanding and compassion, we want to work with you and make sure you feel empowered to make a change rather than forced to comply.

Do you keep a record of the reports?
Yes, we do! We keep a record of your service case with us primarily for record keeping purposes. In addition to this, if you or your operation obtains service from us in future then we will be able to relate and have all of the important notes from before!

Can any of this be done virtually?
Absolutely! Our Each of our services can be done virtually and through digital collaboration. Simply choose your service and ask us how!
